Eligibility Criteria for BCPL Apprentice Recruitment 2024

1. Graduate Apprentice:

• Bachelor’s Degree in respective Engineering branches with a minimum of 55% marks.
• For Contract & Procurement: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks.
• For HR, Marketing PR/CC & Security, Marketing: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks.
• For F&A: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, or B.Com with a minimum of 55% marks.

2. Technician Apprentice:

• Diploma in respective Engineering branches with a minimum of 55% marks.

Other Criteria:

• Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 to 28 years old as on 31.1.2024.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for Persons with Disability.
• Graduates from 2019 to 2023 are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with over one year of job experience post-qualification are not eligible.

Duration of Training: 01 year Apprenticeship Training

   • Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 11,500/-. This stipend is designed to support apprentices during their training period while they gain practical experience in their respective fields.
2. Technician Apprentice:
   • Technician Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 9,550/-. This stipend acknowledges the efforts and contributions of apprentices as they undergo training and enhance their technical skills.
